IBEX is a service that provides cargo transportation services for individuals and businesses.

The service is suitable for cargo transportation of any scale:

• from small furniture to small apartment moves
• from small batches of goods to large deliveries for your business

Each order is calculated based on mileage, cargo dimensions, road conditions, and other parameters. The transportation cost is fixed and known in advance. The cost already includes the necessary time for loading and unloading*.

In the app, you will be able to:

• calculate the cost of your order
• place an order according to your requirements
• track the status of your order and the movement of your cargo on the map
• evaluate the completion of your order
• pay for your order conveniently: cash, credit card, or invoice

Our fleet of drivers ranges from small cars (0.4 tons) to large trucks (10 tons). When choosing a tariff, additional parameters are available: body type, loading type, and the number of movers**.

You can request the assistance of 1 or 2 movers. The cost of the mover's services will be included in the order cost. The mover's work starts from the moment the goods are loaded at the first location and ends when the goods are unloaded at the final destination.

• Loading/unloading time is provided from 10 to 60 minutes depending on the tariff and region. Additional waiting time for loading/unloading is charged separately from the fixed cost.
